Note: you can always enter the system with the same username/password to check or modify your entry without causing a duplicate entry (e.g. if you want to change sections). Coaches may request a coach's username/password to access a coach's page with a summary of all their players (aspenchess@comcast.net). Adults should enter their grade as 99. Some adult usernames may have been deleted, so you may have to reenter info. (if you're an adult and you play chess should be able handle this!).

Instructions for On-Line Registration

Create a unique username and password for every player [Write them down in case you want to make changes at a later time].
You MUST use the username and password from previous tournaments. You are not allowed to create a new username and password for the same player.
Answer all questions on the next two pages.
After submitting your answers, you can pay the entry fee by:
a) pay online by credit card at Aspen Chess Online Payment
b)print the third page and send it with correct payment to Aspen Chess Club c/o Dave Poston, 100 Aspen Dr, Los Alamos, NM 87544 via regular mail.
After allowing for processing time (and possibly mail time), you can verify your entry by visiting this web site.
Coaches have a special page allowing them to review/change entries of their players. Contact Dave Poston to set up a username and password and get the web address.

Tournament Announcement

KICKOFF TOURNAMENT.

Aspen Elementary School, Los Alamos. Six sections:

Championship open to all players (adults and students);
Reserve open to all players (adults and students) with USCF ratings below 1250 or unrated;
Novice open to players in grades 12 and below with USCF ratings below 1000 or unrated;
Cadet open to players in grades 6 and below with USCF ratings below 700 or unrated;
Booster open to players in grades 4 and below with USCF ratings below 500 or unrated;
Midget open to players in grades 2 and below with USCF ratings below 300 or unrated;

Directions to Aspen Elementary School, 2182 33rd Street, Los Alamos:

Follow Trinity Drive (SR502) to the intersection of Diamond Drive. Turn right onto Diamond Drive. Follow Diamond Drive approximately one mile to the stop light at the top of "Conoco Hill". Turn right onto 38th street. Follow the road round to the left as it becomes Villa. Continue approximately 0.5 miles to the end of the road and Aspen Elementary.
